Terms of use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

By using cesaregiannelli.it you accept these terms. Games and Padel Manager are offered free in the browser, “as is”, for personal or non-commercial club use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Content and ownership

Marks, code, art and original text belong to Daragon14 Studios. You may not republish the catalogue as your own, or pass the titles off as a third-party store. Puzzle Mania uses images you upload only in the play session: they remain yours.

Accounts and conduct

If you open an account you are responsible for the credentials. Do not use the portal for abuse, fraud, unlawful content or to overload the servers. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Limitation

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damage from use of the games or the manager. For disputes: daragon14@cesaregiannelli.it.
